4. Elemental Innovations does not match auction websites or refurbished products.
5. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance/close-out items.
6. The Price Match Guarantee applies to the total purchase price of the item. This includes the product price itself, shipping, taxes, credit card charges, and foreign currency conversion charges.
7. The Price Match Guarantee only applies to like-for-like shipping times. Our standard delivery times are 1-3 business days, depending on the destination, and we will only match the price of a competitor which includes the costs of their shipping charges to achieve the same delivery time.
